The full automatic extruded marshmallow production line is a professional, high-quality equipment for the production of marshmallows. This production line is made of 304 stainless steel and has a quick disassembly service, making it easy to clean and maintain. It can produce single-colour, double-colour, 3-colour and 4-colour marshmallows in different shapes and sizes. The machine is also capable of making round-filled marshmallows.
#2 Feature And Application:
- All the ingredients are to be dissolved and cooled in the kitchen system.
- Then the cooled“marshmallow base” is passed through the continuous aerator. The product is then divided and injected with different colours and flavours.
- The multi-colour product is extruded and transported on a cooling conveyor for cooling down.
- The conditioned marshmallows are dusted top and bottom with starch or a mixture of starch and icing sugar in a separate dust cabin; the product is cut to the required length here.
- The dust cabin is strictly controlled to prevent the“dust” from spreading throughout the plant. The excess starch/sugar is removed. The final products are transferred to a packaging machine.
